Movies I Could Watch Every Day

So while eating lunch today I decided to look through the On Demand selection of movies to find something to watch while eating. None of the new movies looked like they were worth watching so I decided to watch Super Troopers.

While watching this I realized that there are some movies that I could watch every day and not get bored with them. Now most of these movies star Tom Hanks because that guys just stars in awesome movies. I think I could watch a Tom Hanks movie every day for the rest of my life and be happy. I believe that the only reason Tom Hanks wasn't in Jurassic Park was because nobody would ever watch another movie again after that. I think this next clip could show a Tom Hanks movie that everyone would stop and watch if they saw it was on (and if you wouldn't stop and watch it, then you probably have no soul, or you're really busy and you are mad that you can't sit and watch it).

Some movies I don't even know what it is about them that makes me love watching them. Like who would possibly want to watch a Ben Affleck movie repeatedly if it didn't also star Jay and Silent Bob and/or Matt Damon. However, this is a Ben Affleck movie that I can watch over and over again.

I know everyone out there has their guilty pleasure movies. Leave me a comment telling me about yours, and let me know if you also can't help but repeatedly watch movies like this one.

  1. The one movie I can watch repeatedly, even back to back, is The Shadow with Alec Baldwin. Not sure why, it's not even on my favorite movie list, but I'm never not in the mood to watch it. - Boo

  4. Dave you should love 1993's sleeper hit "Dazed & Confused" with a character named Mitch Kra(e)mer who looks exactly like a young Tim Lincecum. Also happens to have Matthew McConaughey's greatest role complete with combover. And it was the first movie for Ben Affleck, Parker Posey, Joey Lauren Adams, Milla Jovavich, Adam Goldberg, Jason London and even features Giovanni Ribisi's twin sister Marissa.

  5. Jeeeze Louise...I just realized that I stayed up past my bedtime one night last week because of a Tom Hanks movie, "That Thing You Do!" Although, I prefer to think of it as a Steve Zahn movie. And yes that leads me to realize that we have to watch "Saving Silverman" everytime it is on cable.
